Â
Following his earlier talk of 26 February, Peter will use a seminar format to delve deeper into his ideas about how to create a character’s sonic world, allowing participants to engage with his ideas and artistic practice in a more personal setting.
Peter was the Sound Designer on this year’s Oscar-winning Best Documentary Short, All the Empty Rooms, and was nominated for the Golden Reel Best Documentary Sound award for Viktor. His other credits include The Killing of Two Lovers, The Cave and Omaha, and he recently completed work on the track for Lee Cronin’s The Mummy.
This is an opportunity to spend two hours with one of Europe’s leading film sound artists discussing his ideas – and yours. With only 20 places available, the session will unfold as a round-table conversation—informal and open—designed to encourage direct exchange between Peter and each participant.
